Project goals:

The projects goal was to digitalize all incoming invoices. Therefore the processes needed to be standardized, optimized and automated in all teams. As part of the project, invoice categories were identified, release processes defined and a process application with EDI interface was created. Remote Connection for an IoT Platform

Project goals:

A new idea collection platform was launched, to which employees didn’t submit as many ideas as the management hoped for. Our goal was to find out the possible reasons, give feedback to the management and motivate people to use the platform.
